Maze provides an AI sales agent that connects to your existing WhatsApp number and replies, qualifies, follows up, books appointments, and tracks every conversation in a built-in CRM.
You agree to use Maze only for legitimate sales communication with people who have consented to receive WhatsApp messages from your business. You will not use Maze for spam, harassment, scams, or anything that violates WhatsApp's own commerce and messaging policies. We can suspend accounts that misuse the service.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Maze is not affiliated with Meta. WhatsApp's own terms, messaging limits, and quality enforcement apply to your number. We build Maze to respect those rules; you remain responsible for how you use your number.

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep Maze reliable, but we don't guarantee zero downtime. We're not liable for indirect losses from outages, third-party platform changes (WhatsApp, OpenAI, etc.), or how you communicate with your customers.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
